the pc is a compaq presorio sr1923wm and the tv is a LG 42 inch lcd 1080 and it has a vga jack but it says rgb(pc) on the back of the television the pc is only 2yrs old and it came with a hp 19 inch lcd

I turn my television on, but nothing shows up on the screen! It just wigged out while I was playing a video game and now when I turn it on, there is no picture, no sound, no nothing! The background just lights up. When I press the menu button on the remote, the menu won’t even show up. What could be wrong, and how can I fix this?

Westinghouse 42 inch LCD blurry picture. Is it a defect or is it just a bad brand of television?

I am not looking for surround sound, but something to amplify the sound from the tv. What do I need? Will I need a reciever along with the speakers or can I speakers be hooked up directly to tv?

I have it connected directly to cable. Could this be the problem?

Hey everyone… i recently got a 42 inch LCD 1080p hdtv… but the picture quality is not really good. i connected it with rca cables and have regular Direct tv satellite. Also when watching a dvd movie, the picture quality is not that clear and crisp. What can i do to get the best use of my new tv?
