Ok, I would be confused by my question, so you might be too…

I have a 42 inch Samsung LCD HD with 1080…

I am buying a PS3 in a few hours, but I don’t plan on buying the HDMI cables just yet…

Basically my question is will the graphics still look good with the cables that come in the box with the PS3?

I plan on buying the HDMI cables in the future, it’s just not a top priority right now.

It’s a 42 inch LCD tv

Okay, Well I have Logitech z-5500 speakers and a RNG110 HD box. The box has an optical output, so does my speakers, and TV. Whenever I switch to HDMI2 (xbox) The sound from HDMI(TV) is still on. I just switched the optical from my box and speakers to my tv and speakers, and now it works just xbox for HDMI2. I’m wonderinmg how I can plug it into my HD box, an just press HDMI2 and it’ll mute HDMI1. I’m thinking personally I need to hookup my xbox to my HD box somehow.

Any suggestions?

I have a panasonic hdtv 1 component hookup 3 hdmi and 2 audio hookups….looking for the combination of hdmi and audio hookups so will hear sound coming out of the tv
