OK, I’m about to buy a dirt cheap 42inch LCD with 2 HDMI ports. I’m guessing the xbox360 will occupy 1 HDMI port.

I want to connect my PC to the display, and leave both the XBOX360 and PC connected at all times, and just use the TV remote to switch between whats being displayed. Is this possible?

Also, by connecting my PC to the TV and dual displaying, will the connection i use still allow 1080p or what ever, to travel from my PC to my TV display and choose 1920×1050 for my TV, and 1680×1050 for my current monitor. I’m not sure if VGA or DVI, or if its DVI to HDMI, i’ll be using, but will any of these be fine resolution wise?

I’ll just use my future 5.1 speakers from my PC to play sound (from Divx i steam), and chuck some 2.1 speakers into the TV (for XBox360, and TV viewing)

Westinghouse 42 inch LCD blurry picture. Is it a defect or is it just a bad brand of television?

I mean i did it accidently it dropped straight flat and went i down from the stockpicker i picked up the box and shook it and i didnt hear any pieces of glass. So u guys think its gonna work fine with any problem ??

I will also have a roommate which increases this possibility.
