i have a philips 42 inch 1080p lcd tv.
but i see a single green pixel that never changes….you can see the green pixel better when the rest of the screen is black. is this a dead pixel or a stuck pixel? i know that dead pixels are impossible to fix but how can you fix stuck pixels? and this is not a computer monitor….it’s a tv. thanks a lot!

Have a 42 inch LG plasma tv, which does get the HD channels. OLEVIA doesn’t pick them up…why not?
Not sure the model number but the bottom of the remote it has RC-LTL, maybe thats just the remote number.

We are looking at either 32, 37 or 42 inch plasma or lcd tv’s. Normally we watch tv at night so which type of tv would have a better picture quality at night. Can anyone recommend some good models?

I will be using the TV for general viewing of the TV channels, watching DVDs and video cassetes. I am not much interested in using it for playing games etc. I am confused as to which one to go for – an LCD TV or a Plasma TV. I just want to know which one is best for me. I can see that the prices for 37 to 42 inch LCDs and Plasmas are not very different.
